• The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and invoice

We do not accept returns for:
• Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling
• Custom-built or installed products (e.g., ceiling fans once installed)
• Products without original packaging


2. How to Initiate a Return

• Reason for return
• Photos or videos (in case of damage)

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and arrange reverse pickup (if eligible).


3. Refund Process

Once the return is approved and inspected:

4. Replacement Option

In case of a defective or damaged product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you must initiate a return instead.
