Not satisfied with the product. Would like to return if possible. Issue with the function itself. Not enough force for the spa. And water heating takes too long. It's not giving desired effect for the massage.

I've been using this foot spa for a few days now and overall, I'm quite satisfied with the performance. The heating function works well, the rollers are relaxing, and it really helps relieve foot fatigue after long workdays or runs. The build feels decent for the price, and it’s easy to drain and clean.However, one thing that concerns me is the lack of mention of any electrical safety certifications like BIS, ISI, CE, or UL. Since this is an electrical device that works with water, I expected some assurance about insulation standards or protection mechanisms like thermal cutoff or GFCI compatibility. It’s not a safe, I do think safety should be more clearly communicated in the product manual or on the packaging.Would recommend it for short-term use, but I'd feel much better if the brand could clarify or certify its electrical safety features.
